Steel Tooth: Premium tungsten carbide hard facing on the surface, it's greatly enhance the wear resistance of the tooth.Tungsten Carbide Inserts: Various type high quality tungsten carbide inserts can be equipped on the bits, professional and scientific selection of the inserts as per the different application and drilling process so that to achieve high efficient drilling production.
----Gauge Structure 
Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capability and bearing life.
----Bearing Structure 
Journal bearing and roller bearing types are available to be chosen. Abrasion & seizure resistance, loading capacity, stability of the bearing are well improved, suitable for high speed rotary drilling.
----Seals and Lubrication 
The advanced metal seals improve the reliability and stability of the bearing sealing. Pressure difference type compensating system assures a good greasing lubrication function.
